• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business operations.
• You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license keys and account credentials.

3. Healthcare Data & Compliance

You acknowledge that our software is a tool to assist in healthcare management. You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of patient data entered into the system.
• You must comply with all applicable healthcare data privacy laws and regulations in your jurisdiction (e.g., DISHA in India).
• Kishuna Technology is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.

4. Subscription & Payments

For SaaS (Software as a Service) subscriptions, fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the software services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Kishuna Technology Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of our software or website.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
